A delicious 7 course menu from some of Austin's best Asian restaurants has been carefully selected and professionally paired with complementing wines by sommelier Jeremy Parzen.

Jeremy has been writing about wine for over 12 years and is the author of the wine blog, www.DoBianchi.com, currently ranked ninth among international wine blogs.

Vietnamese course: Shrimp Spring Roll
Presented by: Tam's Deli and Cafe

Boiled shrimp, thin rice noodles, shredded carrot, bean sprout and fresh red tip lettuce
with a sprig of cilantro wrapped in thin translucent rice paper served with peanut sauce.

Vegetarian option: Tofu Spring Roll
Same as above with tofu instead of shrimp

Paired with: Muscadet, Loire Valley, France

Indian course: Tandoori Chicken
Presented by: Clay Pit

Grilled chicken marinated in homemade yogurt, garlic, ginger & fresh ground spices

Vegetarian option: Veggie Samosa
Crisp flour turnovers stuffed with potato and green peas

Paired with: Grenache Blanc, Rhone Valley, France

Thai course: Basil Fried Rice with Chicken
Presented by: Thai Spoon

Spicy stir-fried rice with basils, chili, onion, bell pepper and scallions

Vegetarian option: Basil Fried Rice with Tofu
Same as above with tofu instead of chicken

Paired with: Riesling, Mosel, Germany

Chinese course: Roast Duck
Presented by: First Chinese BBQ

Duck marinated in special BBQ sauce, roasted to crispy perfection
served with white dumpling and shredded green onion

Vegetarian option: Kung Pao Tofu
Tofu stir fried with vegetables and peanuts and
spiced up with chilli peppers and scallions.

Paired with: Sangiovese, Chianti Rufina, Italy

Japanese course: Sushi Sampler
Presented by: Sushi A-Go-Go

BBQ Eel roll - BBQ eel with cucumber and avocado
Spicy tuna roll - Fresh chunked tuna marinated in a spicy sauce with avocado
California roll - Immitation crab meat with a special sauce and masago(fish roe) with avocado

Vegetarian option:
Vegetable Roll - Crisp fresh vegetable wrapped in sushi rice and Soy bean paper.
Inari ( bean curd) Sushi - Sushi rice in small bean curd pocket

Fusion course: Blazing Noodles with chicken

A fusion of Indian and Chinese flavors.

Vegetarian option: Blazing Noodles with Paneer
Same as above with Indian stir fried cheese in place of chicken.

Dessert course: Lemongrass Panacotta
